Here is what a few people that I have worked with have to say about their coaching experience:I started coaching with Kari when I was at a crossroads in my life. My job and family kept me very busy, in fact too busy! I was at that point in life when I was trying to figure out how to get it all – how could I work less, but work wiser plus balance family needs and personal needs. you fro coming to speak at our Kiwanis meeting last Monday. I truly believe
it was one of the most inspiring and fun speakers Kiwanis has had. It was
amazing to see how they could all relate to the "Floppy" in some way. It
seemed to really spark some thought prokoking ideas and stories. I liked
the new fresh approach you took to encourage sharing and interacting. I
think people left feeling very "cheery"!! My coaching experience with Kari was very worth the time and investment. She helped point out the importance of balancing everything in your life and assisted on how to do that. I am still working on that but I do feel I have come a long ways! She also was great at helping me set a vision for myself..where do I want to be? I feel very satisfied with my career and what I have accomplished but she helped me set goals and visions. Since coaching with Kari I have made some pretty big steps in my life personally and professionally and I don't feel I would have done that without her encouragement.
